This Five Phase Pathway was created due the high number of other coaching businesses promising results but falling flat.
One reason not all coaching is successful is central to vision and visualisation, included in the first phase. ​
This coaching program will provide the results you're looking for, while also teaching you the framework for problem solving to help with future issues.
Coaches with lived experience will always provide high quality outcomes. Each phase covers two weeks, with an introduction week and graduation week.

FIVE PHASE PERSONALISED COACHING
1. VISION & EDUCATION
Learn to identify and visualise problems. Use vision strategies to see what your pathway will look like.
Learn how to get educated on the core concepts and central elements of your problems or issues.
If you don't understand it, you can't change it.
Goal identification and setting. Simplify.
2. MINDSET & MOTIVATION
What is a mindset? What is needed to improve your motivation?
Explore you, your problems, what you are motivated by, and how to activate motivation when needed!
Lots of mind over matter and searching for what drives and excites you to action!
Learning to love the steps during progress. Experiment.

3. MOVEMENT & CREATIVITY
Where is your energy? Are you a high or low energy person?
Energy needs to move, any pace works.
Body performance, blood flow, flexibility, strength, vitality, and energy, all need movement! How can you live day to day creatively? What is problem solving?
How can you combine activities and skills for change?
4. REFLECT & PRIORITISE
Reflect on all problems and steps taken in your set goals. What's working? What's not? Accountability check and new learnings.
What's changed? What needs changing? Are your priorities on track?
Self care and self awareness.
5. OWNERSHIP & EVOLUTION
Your goals, your vision, your plans, your progress! Your ownership over you and your success. Your effort leads to your evolution!
